Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and follow-ups related to service appointments.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service status and delivery.
- Ensure proper customer feedback and follow-up after service.
- Maintain customer records and service-related data.
- Support the service team in improving customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Assist in maintaining CRM and daily reports.
Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service/Customer Relationship.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
