Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP, etc.).
- Generate leads through references, field visits, and networking.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, approval, and disbursement .
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients for documentation and loan status updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets .
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide post-disbursement support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Required Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of loan products and financial services .
- Customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic knowledge of documentation related to loan processing.
