Salary : ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities :
- Company Introduction : Making outbound calls to explain company details, products, and services to new customers.
- Issue Resolution : Listening to customer complaints or issues and providing timely solutions.
- Feedback Collection : Calling existing customers to take feedback and ensure they are satisfied.
- Data Management : Maintaining a simple record of calls and issues resolved.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Polite and helpful nature.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones/WhatsApp/Excel.
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
