Monitor day-to-day franchise operations and conduct quality audits
- Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, service standards, and healthcare protocols
- Collect client, caregiver, and franchise feedback and assist in implementing improvements
- Support local promotions, community outreach, hospital tie-ups, and healthcare partnerships
- Coordinate with internal teams for operations, compliance, and service delivery
- Prepare and submit reports on operations, performance, and client satisfaction
