Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive at Mr n Mrs Pet, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, building strong relationships with potential pet parents, and converting leads into successful sales.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Communicating with customers via calls, chats, and follow-ups to understand their requirements
- Explaining our pet sourcing process, pricing, and services clearly and confidently
- Actively working towards sales conversion while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Ensuring maximum customer interaction by completing assigned talk time
- Creating and maintaining structured follow-ups for all interested customers
- Keeping accurate records of customer conversations, follow-ups, and sales status
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience

Key : We understand that sales conversions take time. If you are unable to generate sales initially, it is completely fine. What matters is:

- Consistent communication with customers
- Proper follow-ups and engagement
- Completing assigned talk time sincerely

When these basics are done correctly,



sales start generating naturally. Our team will guide and support you at every stage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, or both
- High level of confidence while interacting with customers
- Genuine interest in sales and customer handling
- Love for pets is mandatory; being a pet parent is an added advantage
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to feedback
- Basic understanding of CRM or willingness to learn (training will be provided)
