We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer communication, manage orders, and follow up on leads efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via WhatsApp and phone calls :
- Handle customer queries related to products and orders
- Manage and track orders from confirmation to completion
- Handle and follow up on incoming leads :
- Maintain basic customer and order records

- Any degree

Skills Required :
- Valuable communication skills (English + Malayalam)
- Comfortable handling customer conversations over calls and WhatsApp
- Organized, responsive, and follow-up oriented
- Prior experience in customer support or sales support is an advantage (not mandatory)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
