Role Overview

Neurons AI Pvt Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Experience Executive to join our team. The role involves interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, delivering product presentations, and ensuring a seamless customer engagement experience.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates who possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to travel for client meetings.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction

- Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Maintain professional communication and build robust customer relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact during early-stage client interactions.

Product Demonstrations & Presentations

- Deliver clear and impactful presentations on company products and solutions.
- Demonstrate features and benefits to customers during meetings or events.
- Assist senior team members during business discussions and client demos.

Client Meetings & Travel

- Travel to meet clients, attend business meetings, and participate in industry events.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth client engagement during visits.

Customer Experience Management





- Ensure customers receive timely responses and professional support.
- Gather feedback from customers and share insights with internal teams.
- Contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction and engagement.

- Basic understanding of business or technology products (preferred but not mandatory)

Eligibility

- Fresh graduates (any discipline)
- MBA / BBA / B.Com / Engineering graduates preferred
- Strong spoken English and knowledge of any regional language is an advantage

- Self-motivated and willing to learn
