- Handle inbound customer inquiries via calls
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries

Eligibility & Skills :
- Undergraduate with 1 year of customer-facing sales experience
- Experience in inbound/outbound sales preferred
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude
