We are looking for a smart and customer-friendly Customer Relationship Executive to join our showroom team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Attend and assist customers in showroom / calls
- Maintain customer database and follow-ups
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Inform customers about recent collections and offers
- Support sales team in improving customer experience
Requirements :
- Graduate (preferred)
- 1-3 years experience in retail/customer handling
- Good communication skills
- Presentable and positive attitude
