Key Responsibilities :

- Welcome and assist customers at the counter.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Generate bills and process cash, UPI, card, and online payments.
- Promote ongoing offers, combos, and current products.
- Handle customer queries and provide product information.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the counter area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely order delivery.
- Monitor stock availability and inform the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
- Maintain daily sales and billing records.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Qualification :

- 10th / 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Freshers can apply

Experience :

- 0-2 years of experience in retail, café, restaurant, or customer service.
- Experience in billing or POS systems is an added advantage.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹15,285.75 - ₹21,041.83 per month
