Position : Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) Salary : Up to ₹14,000 - ₹20,000 Take Home (Based on Experience)

Qualification :

- Any Graduate / Diploma

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle customer queries related to Airtel services (FTTH / Broadband / Mobile).
- Coordinate with field engineers for installation and service requests.
- Maintain customer records and update service requests in the system.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Follow up with customers regarding installation and service status.
- Maintain daily reports and update MIS.

Required Skills :

- Good communication skills (English / Telugu / Hindi).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Customer handling and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
