World of Titan is looking for enthusiastic Retail Sales Officers to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales in our premium retail store. The role involves assisting customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and recommend Titan products (watches, eyewear, accessories)
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Provide a premium in-store customer experience
- Handle billing and POS transactions
- Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising
- Support stock management and inventory checks
- Resolve customer queries and support after-sales service
Requirements :
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- 1-3 years of retail sales experience preferred (Freshers welcome)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and target-driven attitude
- Willingness to work on weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
