The Store In-Charge is responsible for the overall management of the store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, and leading the store team to deliver excellent customer service.

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure productive workflow
- Manage and motivate store staff; handle duty rosters and performance
- Ensure sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded
- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock levels, and reorder planning
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards
- Implement company policies, promotions, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and head office
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and audit standards

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in retail or store management
