Call customers to remind them about loan EMI / repayment due dates .
- Follow up with customers who have pending or overdue payments .
- Maintain proper records of calls and repayment updates.
- Guide customers about repayment methods and schedules.
- Coordinate with branch staff regarding customer repayment status.
- Maintain skilled and polite communication with customers.
- Requirements :
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate .
- Good communication skills (Hindi / Marathi / Local Language preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling data entry).
- Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
- Experience in telecalling, recovery, or customer service is preferred.
