Job Summary

We are looking for customer-focused and fluent English-speaking BPO Executives to handle international inbound customer support processes . The role involves assisting global customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while working in a night-shift setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
- Respond to customer queries related to products, services, billing, or orders
- Maintain call quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required
- Follow company policies, scripts, and process guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-oriented and professional attitude
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Prior experience in International BPO / Voice Process preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
