Responsibilities :_
- Handle customer queries through chat support in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with order issues, product queries, and delivery concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions.
- Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards while handling customer queries.
- Eligibility Criteria :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of customer service and problem-solving.
- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week with rotational weekly offs.
