Ensuring maximum conversion of walk in by attending each and every customer. - Assisting the customers by understand their needs and closing the sale accordingly. - Increasing the ticket Size by Cross selling and Up-selling. - Planning and striving to achieve the sales target of the assigned section. - Taking active feedback from customers through suggestions forms, tablets. - Educating Customers about the First Citizen Program and ensuring maximum conversions. - Educating Customers on the mobile app and ensuring maximum downloads. - Educating the customers on the current promotions & offers. - To ensure timely closures of all processes related to inventory management and control. - To receive stocks on floor and display them as per VM norms.
- To maintain the display, ensure proper ironing, folding, piling, colour blocking etc as per VM norms. - To ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned section. - Customers and ensure excellent customer service - Ensuring safety of merchandising through 100 % tagging. - Cashiering / billing as per the billing process. - Attend training as per the training schedule and complete all online certifications as per timeline.
