Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting apparel as per their preferences
- Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Handle billing, POS operations, and cash/card transactions
- Maintain proper display, merchandising, and stock arrangement
- Ensure trial room management and customer assistance
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and visual standards of the store
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Support in stock replenishment and inventory management
Required Skills :
- Good communication skills (Local language mandatory & English preferred)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Presentable and well-groomed personality
- Basic knowledge of fashion trends and apparel sizing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
