Trinity International is looking for a Tele Caller to join our growing team.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships
- Coordinate with the sales and support team when required
Job Requirements :
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer support preferred (Freshers can apply)
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s)
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
