- Greet customers and assist them in selecting products as per their needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium brand experience
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and product display standards
- Handle billing, POS operations, and cash transactions
- Manage stock replenishment and inventory checks
- Stay updated with product knowledge and ongoing promotions
Requirements :
- Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in retail (footwear/apparel preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends
- Immediate joiners preferred
