Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician for a full-time, permanent position in Burnaby, BC. This is an LMIA-approved role

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect, remove, repair, and install automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, rear windows, and sunroofs
- Remove and replace auto body components such as panels, doors, and frames
- File, grind, and sand surfaces to prepare for repair or refinishing
- Mask surfaces for painting and assist with finishing work as required
- Straighten and align vehicle frames using appropriate tools and equipment
- Ensure all repair work meets quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Provide professional customer service and explicit communication regarding repair work





Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in auto body repair or a related role
- Experience with auto body repair and automotive glass installation
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
- Ability to follow repair procedures and safety standards
- Trade certification is an asset but not mandatory
