Role Summary : We are looking for customer-focused Fashion Consultants for our DLF Avenue kiosk who can deliver an elevated shopping experience, drive sales, and represent the brand with confidence and elegance. The role requires robust selling skills, product knowledge, and a polished retail presence.
Key Responsibilities : You will be responsible for achieving daily and monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective selling techniques. The role involves styling customers, understanding their preferences, and recommending products that align with the brand’s aesthetic. You will manage the kiosk independently, ensuring visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times. Handling billing, cash/card transactions, stock movement, and daily sales reporting will be part of your routine responsibilities.
Building repeat customers through excellent service and CRM follow-ups is a key expectation.
Desired Profile : Experience : 1-4 years of relevant retail experience (Senior FC for higher experience levels).
Skills Required : Solid communication skills, sales orientation, customer handling, basic billing knowledge, and an eye for styling and presentation.
