- Make outbound calls to customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups .
- Generate leads and convert them into sales .
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and service updates .
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets set by the company.
Required Skills :
- Good communication skills in Hindi/English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills .
- Basic knowledge of computer .
- Ability to handle rejection and work under targets .
- Valuable listening and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
