Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services in a qualified manner.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Required Skills :





- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred). :

- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply. :

- Experience in Telesales, Telecalling, BPO, Customer Support, or Sales will be an added advantage.
