Key Responsibilities :
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in diamond, jewellery, or inside sales.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Robust customer service and negotiation skills.
Job Type : Full-time Work Location : On-site, Surat
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
