Position : Health Insurance Team Leader Industry : BFSI - Insurance
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Health Insurance Advisors/Executives to achieve business targets.Monitor daily sales performance and ensure individual and team productivity. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to improve team efficiency.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Team Leader in Health Insurance or BFSI Sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Positive knowledge of health insurance products and sales processes.
