We are hiring for a Team Leader who can manage our inside sales team and generate business.

Location :Ahmedabad

Salary :40,000-50,000 p.m

Experience: 3-5 year

The B2B Sales Team Lead will oversee a team of sales executives managing retailers, wholesalers, and dermat clients , ensuring performance excellence, conversion quality, and sales growth through structured monitoring and training.

- Lead, guide, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve revenue and outreach targets.
- Manage and expand relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and dermat clinics .
- Conduct regular call audits to monitor communication quality, professionalism, and conversion capability.
- Track and review key performance metrics — call volume, lead conversion, follow-up quality, and target achievement.
- Coach and develop team members on effective selling, negotiation, and product knowledge.




- Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to align on pricing, leads, and fulfillment.
- Develop growth strategies for regional and national B2B expansion.
- Prepare and share performance reports and insights with senior management.

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales with at least 1-2 years leading a sales team.
- Proven experience handling retail and wholesale clients ; skincare, cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG background preferred.
- Solid communication, leadership, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
