We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused professional who can manage lead calling, client follow-ups, and appointment scheduling while helping prospective buyers find the right property solutions.
Key Responsibilities : Calling and engaging prospective customers from company-generated leads Regular follow-ups with interested buyers and investors Scheduling site visits and meetings for the sales team Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM Coordinating with sales teams to improve lead conversions Building solid customer relationships and ensuring timely communication
Requirements : ✔ Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English ✔ Experience in telecalling,
customer service, sales, or real estate preferred ✔ Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills ✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated approach ✔ Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
