Job Title: Marketing Executive (Field & Digital Marketing)
Location : Kolkata
Salary : ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Visit businesses and potential clients to pitch agency services.
- Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Schedule and attend client meetings.
- Present agency services and close deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a lead database.
- Coordinate with the internal team for client onboarding and campaign execution.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements :
- Graduate or pursuing graduation.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Must be confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Prior sales/marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
