Job Summary :*

Key Responsibilities :*

- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a skilled and friendly manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable chair products
- Demonstrate product features, quality, and benefits effectively
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the showroom
- Handle customer queries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with the backend team for billing, stock availability, and delivery
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Stay updated on product knowledge and new arrivals

Requirements :*

- Minimum 1 years of experience in retail sales (furniture experience is an advantage)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and customer-oriented personality
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
