Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Explain property details and advantages
- Generate and qualify leads
- Schedule site visits
- Follow up for conversions
- Coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain data in CRM / Excel
Requirements :
- Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
- 1-4 years experience in telesales / inside sales / real estate
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Good convincing & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented approach
