About the Role : Key Responsibilities :

- Assess client financial needs, business profile, and eligibility to recommend suitable loan products.
- Explain loan features, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation requirements clearly.
- Follow up on warm leads and maintain consistent pipeline activity to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal progress in CRM systems.
- Handle client objections professionally and provide accurate product information.
- Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and NBFC/bank product changes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal credit policies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead conversion and disbursal volume.

Eligibility & Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Loan and/or Personal Loan sales (Inside Sales preferred).
- Strong understanding of loan products, credit assessment basics, and BFSI sales processes.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
- Comfortable in a target-driven, call-intensive inside sales environment.
- Graduate in any stream; MBA or finance background preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude,



and strong ownership mindset.
