Shift Timing : 7:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing client communications, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining accurate records. This role focuses on sales support and coordination , and is not a target-based sales position .
Key Responsibilitie :
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
