Responsibilities :
- Drive sales for dine-in, takeaway, catering, and events
- Develop relationships with corporate and regular customers
- Promote menu items, special offers, and seasonal promotions
- Handle inquiries for parties, bulk orders, and events
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order delivery
- Collect customer feedback and support marketing initiatives
Requirements :
- Previous experience in sales (F&B; / hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work versatile shifts, including weekends
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is a plus Education & Experience
- Minimum high school or diploma
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience preferred
