Full job description

Key Responsibilities : Generate leads through marketing, networking, and referrals.

Present and explain project details to potential customers.

Conduct site visits and property tours for clients.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and recent clients.

Negotiate prices and close sales deals successfully.

Coordinate with marketing and management teams to achieve sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Skills Required : Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong knowledge of the real estate market

Customer relationship management

Sales and marketing expertise

Ability to achieve targets and deadlines

Requirements : Below 12 and Any Degree





Excellent verbal communication skills.

0-1 year experience required

Proven experience in tele sales or customer service.

Salary : ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate: Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience : Real estate sales: 0-1 year (preferred)
