- Call and follow up with warm leads (no cold calling pressure initially)
- Explain company services clearly to potential clients
- Build trust through skilled communication
- Answer client queries related to services and process
- Maintain lead records and follow-ups
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the marketing & trading team

- Basic communication skills in English & Hindi
- Comfortable talking to people on calls
- Willingness to learn sales & forex basics
