- Language Skills : Excellent command of Malayalam (essential) and proficiency in English.
- Experience : 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Relations. (Freshers with outstanding communication skills and a passion for business are also welcome).
- Communication : A persuasive and polite communicator who can build trust with business owners.
- Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using basic web tools, WhatsApp, and CRM/tracking tools.
- Attitude : Result-oriented, patient, and eager to learn about the export/import industry.
