Job Role: We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will work 2-3 days in the field and remaining days in the office. The role involves site mapping, identifying new construction projects, and collecting market data to support business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 2-3 days of field visits every week to identify ongoing and upcoming construction sites.
- Perform site mapping and collect data about new residential and commercial construction projects.
- Gather information related to builders, contractors, architects, and developers.
- isit dealers, plumbers, and contractors to promote company products.
- Maintain a database of construction sites and potential clients.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of field visits and site information.
- Work from the office to organize and analyze collected data and support the sales team.
Required Skills :
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel for field work
- Basic knowledge of construction sites and building projects
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge
- Ability to collect and maintain accurate market data
