Role Overview : Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound telecalling to potential and existing clients
- Introduce company products and generate sales leads
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular client communication
- Maintain call records and update data systematically
- Support the sales team in lead management and coordination
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Required Skills :
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
