- Visit dealers, retailers, and potential customers in assigned areas
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain and expand customer relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Report daily field activities to reporting manager
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Support promotional and marketing campaigns
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing OR Freshers welcome
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally for field work
- Knowledge of local market preferred
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (not mandatory)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹9,000 - ₹14,000 per month (based on experience)
- Monthly 4 days weekly leave
- 36 annual paid leaves inclusive of holidays
- Travel Allowance & Daily Allowance (TA/DA) as per actuals
- Monthly performance incentives up to ₹30,000
