The Sales & Marketing Intern at BK Arogyam will support business growth initiatives by assisting in lead generation, market outreach, campaign execution, and customer engagement for healthcare and wellness services. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world healthcare marketing and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Assist in lead generation through online & offline channels
- Support follow-ups with potential patients, partners, and franchise leads
- Maintain lead data, inquiry tracking, and basic sales reports
Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing digital & on-ground marketing campaigns
- Support social media promotion, content coordination, and outreach activities
- Help in organizing health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events
Market Research
- Conduct competitor and local market analysis
- Collect customer feedback and assist in preparing insights
Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, doctors, marketing)
- Support franchise / center-level promotional activities
