Job Summary : We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced sports retail environment. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating an engaging shopping experience for sports enthusiasts of all levels.
- Customer Service Excellence : Greet and assist customers, providing personalized product recommendations based on their needs and interests.
- Sales and Product Knowledge : Demonstrate products, explain their features and benefits, and ensure customers have the right gear for their needs.
- Achieve Sales Targets : Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Promotions and Events : Support promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Maintain Store Appearance : Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Experience : 1- 4 years of experience in retail sales,
preferably in a Apparels, Sports or active lifestyle setting.
- Freshers engaged in any Sports can also apply.
- Product Knowledge : A strong interest and knowledge of various sports, sports equipment, and active wear.
- Sales Skills : Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals, with a track record of strong sales performance.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen to customer needs and provide clear, concise information.
