Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, condition, and progress, and report any changes to the medical team.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by consultants.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and medical emergencies.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control, patient safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing colleagues, and other hospital departments.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care while maintaining the highest professional standards.
Eligibility
- ANM, GNM, or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valid nursing registration (where applicable).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
