Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure , including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers including installation, patching, monitoring, and upgrades.
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user access management .
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network, server, and infrastructure issues .
- Implement and manage network security systems , including firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection, and VPN access.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery management .
- Support cloud infrastructure and virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or AWS/Azure (if applicable).
- Provide L2 technical support for internal teams regarding system and network issues.
- Maintain documentation for network architecture, system configurations, and IT policies .
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, upgrades, and maintenance .
- Ensure IT compliance, security standards,



and system availability across the organization.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, routing, and switching .
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration and Linux environments .
- Experience managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file servers .
- Familiarity with firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Sophos, etc.) .
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper-V) .
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques .
- Understanding of IT security practices and backup solutions .

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering .
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MCSA, RHCSA, or equivalent .
- Experience in IT services or product-based company environments .
