Position : Sales Coordinator Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Head / Director Location: Dehu, Pune Required Qualification & Skills Graduate in Commerce / Engineering / Business Administration Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering industry preferred Strong communication and coordination skills Valuable knowledge of MS Excel & documentation Basic understanding of engineering products / industrial processes Attention to detail and accuracy in quotations Time management and follow-up skills Key Responsibilities Quotation Management Prepare detailed techno-commercial quotations based on client requirements. Coordinate with engineering, production, and procurement teams for inputs. Ensure accuracy in pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines. Maintain a proper record of all quotations shared with clients. Sales Coordination Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (Design, Production, Accounts). Handle customer inquiries, RFQs, and initial communication.
Follow up with clients for approvals, clarifications, and order confirmation. Track order status and update clients regularly. Documentation & MIS Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, orders, and client communication. Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on sales activities and pipeline. Manage documentation related to purchase orders, contracts, and dispatch details. Client Relationship Support Maintain professional communication with clients. Ensure timely response to queries and concerns. Support in building long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups. Internal Coordination Work closely with Sales Engineers, Project Team, and Accounts. Coordinate for payment follow-ups in alignment with accounts team. Ensure smooth flow of information across departments. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
