Job Title :Talent Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews

- Support in onboarding of recent employees and documentation

- Help maintain employee records and databases :

- Coordinate and support HR events , activities, and employee engagement programs

- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and updating internal systems

- Support the team with administrative HR tasks and day-to-day operations

Requirements :

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Business Administration / Psychology or related field




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology , or related field
- Prior internship or project experience in HR (recruitment, operations, or employee engagement) is a plus
- Familiarity with HR tools or platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Excel, HRMS, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
