Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and system permissions
- Monitor system performance and ensure network security
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage servers, backups, firewalls, and antivirus systems
- Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery processes
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance of IT equipment
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and compliance records
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT tickets promptly

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux and iOS operating systems
- Experience with LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration
- Basic knowledge of server management and virtualization
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills




- Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA, etc.) preferred

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
