We are hiring an Internal Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in an automobile manufacturing company. The role involves sales coordination, order processing, customer communication, and internal follow-ups to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and documentation
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and deliveries
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams
- Maintain sales data and reports in ERP system
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Diploma / Graduate in Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration
- Experience in internal sales or sales coordination
- Experience in automobile or manufacturing industry preferred
- ERP / SAP B1 knowledge is an added advantage
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
