Job description - Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze product specifications and customer requirements to develop comprehensive test strategies.
- Design, write, and maintain accurate and detailed test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Execute manual PCL test cases, log defects, and track them through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to ensure complete test coverage and high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and reviews to contribute from a testing perspective.
- Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain test documentation and provide timely status reports on testing activities and outcomes.
- Continuously enhance test processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Around 3 + years of hands-on experience in software testing (Manual Testing).
- Experience in embedded software, firmware, or device testing. Experience with firmware validation, device configuration, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Proven ability to understand complex product workflows and quickly translate requirements into test cases.
- Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Red Mine).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
- Familiarity with Waterfall methodologies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
