Market Research Analyst A market-research agency with a mix of domestic and offshore clients, adding analysts to its consumer and healthcare practice

Location: Remote (India)

This is an established agency of around two hundred people that runs quantitative and qualitative studies for consumer goods, healthcare and financial services clients in India, the UK and the US. The consumer and healthcare practice runs usage-and-attitude studies, brand health trackers, concept tests and patient journey work. The agency has partnered with Flexiple to hire analysts into this practice, working under project managers on two to four studies at a time.

A typical project, start to finish

Help translate the client brief into a questionnaire, sampling plan and quota design

Script checks and pilot reviews with the fieldwork and data-processing teams

Monitor field progress daily, flag quota shortfalls and data quality issues, and check open-ended coding

Join client calls and debriefs, and over time present sections yourself

Skills and experience





- 1 to 4 years in a research agency, an insights team at a brand, or a consulting firm doing primary research
- Valuable command of Excel and PowerPoint; Understanding of sampling, weighting and basic significance testing
- Clear written English, as offshore clients will read your work directly

Experience with healthcare or pharma research, including physician surveys

Some Python or R for data cleaning

Direct exposure to offshore clients and their standards of reporting

A structured analyst-to-manager path with project ownership from year two

A short Flexiple screening call, a written exercise on a sample data table, an interview with a project manager, and a final round with the practice head and a senior team member.
